Please ensure all delivery details are entered correctly, as the delivery address cannot be changed once an order has been shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted on unused items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note that sale items and earrings are not eligible for return or exchange.

Customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment and covering all associated costs, including any applicable duties or taxes.

Returns must be sent using a trackable postal service, as credit cannot be issued for items that cannot be confirmed as delivered.

Refunds are processed once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected. An email notification will be sent once the refund has been issued.
