Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.
Delivery Address
Please ensure all delivery details are entered correctly, as the delivery address cannot be changed once an order has been shipped.
International Customers
Duties, taxes, and customs fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the product or shipping costs.
Lost Packages
If a package is lost in transit, please get in touch through the contact form or by email.
Once an order has been marked as delivered to the correct shipping address, the seller cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Changes to an Order After Payment
Orders are processed quickly. Please get in touch through the contact form or by email immediately if a change or cancellation is needed. Once processed, changes may not be possible.
Changes cannot be guaranteed, but every effort will be made to fulfil the request.
Change requests are not accepted if more than 24 hours have passed since the order was placed.
Order Confirmation
An email confirmation is sent after an order is placed.
The order is confirmed once payment is received and items are ready for dispatch. A separate shipment notification is sent when the order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility
Returns and exchanges are accepted on unused items in their original condition and original packaging within 14 days of receiving the order.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items and earrings are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment and covering all associated costs, including any return postage, duties, or taxes. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Tracking Requirement
Returns must be sent using a trackable postal service. Credit cannot be issued for items that cannot be confirmed as delivered.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected. An email notification is sent once the refund has been issued.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch through the contact form or by email within 48 hours of receiving the order. Photos of the issue may be requested for resolution.
Return Address

Exchanges
Exchanges follow the same eligibility rules. To exchange an item, please get in touch through the contact form or by email first. Return shipping for exchanges is the responsibility of the customer. A separate shipping fee may apply for the exchanged item.
