The store offers contemporary jewellery made from sterling silver, recycled sterling silver, gold vermeil, and gold-plated finishes. Colours and textures may vary slightly due to screen settings and material characteristics.

Prices

All prices are displayed in EUR.
International customers may be subject to customs charges, VAT, or import duties upon delivery.

Payments

Payments are accepted via PayPal, credit/debit card, or other secure methods available at checkout. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

Shipping

Orders dispatch from Austria. Estimated delivery times:

  • Austria: 2–4 business days
  • EU: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs or postal delays.

Ownership

Goods remain the property of Meileah until payment is received in full.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

EU customers are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal as described in the Withdrawal Policy. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Custom or personalised pieces

Liability

Liability for delays caused by postal services or customs is excluded. Liability for normal wear, tarnishing, or damage caused by improper handling is excluded.

Withdrawal & Returns Policy (EU 14-Day Right)

Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without stating a reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day the customer or a third party receives the goods.

How to Withdraw

Goods must be returned within 14 days of providing notice of withdrawal.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

  • Undamaged
  • In original packaging

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after the returned goods are received. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Responsibility for correct address entry lies with the customer. Orders returned due to incorrect address information cannot be refunded.
